Evalutaion:

The recipe for the vegetable frittata was extremely successful. The final product turned out as planned, smelled, looked and tasted great. The mixture was soft when pressed, but firm enough to hold shape. The vegetable frittata was extremely aesthetically appealing and I couldnt wait to try it when we were done. Once I had tried this dish, I was blown away. This vegetable frittata was very nutritious, it had many healthy ingredients and together, they made a nutritious meal. I feel that my target market would definately enjoy both the preperation and consuption of this product. The recipe could be improved by using less onion, their taste is very strong and if there are too many onions, you can feel them when you are eating the dish. Overall, the frittata was a success.

  9. Garnish with lemon twist

Evaluation:

The recipe for the tuna mornay was successful in some ways, but not in others. The final product turned out how it was supposed to, but the smell and the taste of the tuna mornay alone, was not appealing at all. The mixture was goopy and sloppy, the minute we took it out of the casserole dish, it lost all aesthetic appeal at all. The tuna mornay did not look nice, smell nice or taste nice. This tuna mornay was very nutritious, it had many healthy ingredients and together, they made a nutritious meal. I feel that my target market would NOT enjoy the preperation or consuption of this product, however, if used as a sauce, rather than a meal, maybe the tuna mornay would appeal to more people. The recipe could be improved by baking the tuna mornay in with pasta or some other form of carbohydrates. Overall, the tuna mornay was not a success, however, some people may enjoy this particular dish.

The recipe for the beef burgers was extremely successful, as the final product turned out prfect. The cheese was melted ontop of the mince patty (which was cooked perfectly, not to burnt, and yet, not raw). The burgers looked aesthetically pleasing and tasted fabulous! This burger was extremely nutritious, it had many healthy ingredients and together, they made a nutritious meal. I feel that this recipe would appeal greatly to all children in my target ausience age bracket. Most children love a good beef burger, and this way, mum and dad can be sure that their children are eating a healthy and nutritious meal. The recipe was so successful, that i do not believe any factor of it should be altered to improve these burgers. Overall, the cooking and preperation of the burgers, has been a great success, however, supervision from mum or dad is vital for the safety of the children.

Evaluation:

The recipe for the little carrot cakes was pretty successful, as the final product turned out a good shape, colour and size. However, we may have used too much carrot in the carrot cakes and this greatly impacted the final result. The cakes were slightly brown/golden colour. The carrot cakes looked very professional, but the grated carrot was very obvious and could be easily seen just by looking at the carrot cake. The carrot cakes did not appeal to my taste, but this was probably because i do not like carrot. This carrot cakes were very nutritious, it had many healthy ingredients and together, they made a nutritious treat. I feel that this recipe would probably not appeal to my target market, as the taste and aesthetics of the cake, are not as appealing as that of a cupcake with icing. The recipe could be improved by using less carrot and cooking the carrot cakes for slightly longer. Overall, the carrot cakes were a success, but supervision should always be provided by mum or dad.

The recipe for the mini pizzas was extremely successful, as the final product turned out exactly how we had hoped. The cheese was melted perfectly was a slightly brown/golden colour. The pizzas looked very professional, but they tasted even better. This pizza was very nutritious, it had many healthy ingredients and together, they made a nutritious meal.I feel that my target market would thoroughly enjoy both preparing (with the help of mum or dad) and eating these pizzas. The recipe could be improved by being more leaniant with the ingredients permitted. Overall, the pizzas were a great success, however, there were a few accidents during the preperation and i actually burnt myslef whilst preparing this, so again, supervision should be provided by mum or dad.
