Evaluation:

The recipe for the beef burgers was extremely successful, as the final product turned out prfect. The cheese was melted ontop of the mince patty (which was cooked perfectly, not to burnt, and yet, not raw). The burgers looked aesthetically pleasing and tasted fabulous! This burger was extremely nutritious, it had many healthy ingredients and together, they made a nutritious meal. I feel that this recipe would appeal greatly to all children in my target ausience age bracket. Most children love a good beef burger, and this way, mum and dad can be sure that their children are eating a healthy and nutritious meal. The recipe was so successful, that i do not believe any factor of it should be altered to improve these burgers. Overall, the cooking and preperation of the burgers, has been a great success, however, supervision from mum or dad is vital for the safety of the children.
