Evaluation:
The recipe for the tuna mornay was successful in some ways, but not in others. The final product turned out how it was supposed to, but the smell and the taste of the tuna mornay alone, was not appealing at all. The mixture was goopy and sloppy, the minute we took it out of the casserole dish, it lost all aesthetic appeal at all. The tuna mornay did not look nice, smell nice or taste nice. This tuna mornay was very nutritious, it had many healthy ingredients and together, they made a nutritious meal. I feel that my target market would NOT enjoy the preperation or consuption of this product, however, if used as a sauce, rather than a meal, maybe the tuna mornay would appeal to more people. The recipe could be improved by baking the tuna mornay in with pasta or some other form of carbohydrates. Overall, the tuna mornay was not a success, however, some people may enjoy this particular dish.
